These can be used on any door that opens parallel with the wall, and where there is baseboard installed along the bottom of the wall.

Floor Mounted

Generally used on heavier, exterior doors, and only when you can secure the door stop directly to the floor.

  • Prevents damage to the wall, door and door trim.
  • Floor door stops can not be used on carpet, and can be somewhat difficult to install on marble or ceramic tile.

Hinge Pin Stops

These stops are normally used in situations where the door does not open against a wall but against furniture or an object. These also eliminate the need for drilling into the floor, baseboard, or wall.

  • Prevents damage to the wall, door, door trim, and objects behind the door.
  • Mounted on any one of the three door hinges.
  • Install it directly onto the existing hinge pin of the door. Simply remove the hinge pin from the hinge, place the hinge pin door stop over the hole, and slide the pin back into place.

Overhead Door Holders

Wall Mounted Bumpers

Wall bumpers are installed on the wall either directly behind the door lever/knob or at the bottom similar to a baseboard bumper.
